How a project runs with us
- Brief. We collect what you need, where each design will be used, your brand files, the message and the deadline, and confirm sizes and quantities in writing.
- Direction. For new work we share a quick style direction or one sample design first, so the look is agreed before we produce the full set.
- First drafts. We design the full set and share it in one place, so you can comment on each item instead of chasing files over chat.
- Revisions. We make the agreed rounds of changes and check spelling, prices, phone numbers and dates with you before anything is final.
- Final files. You get print-ready PDFs with bleed and print colour for the press, and correctly sized images for social media, ads and your website.
Social and print sizes, plus a festive calendar for Indian brands
Each platform crops differently, so we design for the exact space. Meta's Instagram publishing specifications say feed images must fall within an aspect ratio of 4:5 (portrait) to 1.91:1 (landscape), and recommend 9:16 for Stories to avoid cropping or blank space. We usually design feed posts in the 4:5 portrait shape, keep text and logos away from the edges, and supply a separate 9:16 version for Stories, so one campaign works in every slot. For print, we confirm paper size, finish and bleed with your printer before designing, because a brochure that looks right on screen can lose its edges or shift colour on the press.
Festival campaigns need to start well before the day, not the night before. We plan festive sets for Lohri, Baisakhi, Holi, Eid, Raksha Bandhan, Independence Day, Navratri, Diwali, Gurpurab, Christmas and New Year, along with your own sale dates and store anniversaries. Several of these festivals fall on different dates each year, so we check every date against the current year's calendar when we build your plan. Creatives can be made in English, Hindi or Punjabi, using your brand fonts and colours, so your audience sees greetings and offers in the language they prefer.

Do you work on a monthly basis or only for one-off projects?
Both. You can book a single brochure or festive set, or a fixed number of social posts and ad creatives every month. We agree the monthly quantity, sizes and turnaround in writing before we start.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds is agreed in the scope before work begins. Sharing your brand files, final text and reference designs at the brief stage keeps revisions few and quick.
Do you print the designs as well?
We design and prepare print-ready files and can coordinate with your printer on paper, size and finish. You can use your regular printer, and we check their specifications before we send final files.
Can you design in Hindi and Punjabi?
Yes. We design creatives in English, Hindi and Punjabi, with fonts that support Devanagari and Gurmukhi, and ask you to check the final wording before anything is published or printed.
Will we get editable source files?
