Pay distributors
in naira.

Coded Idea builds MLM software for direct-selling businesses in Nigeria: distributor registration, genealogy, commission rules, a naira wallet ledger and payouts to Nigerian bank accounts through your own Paystack or Flutterwave account.

Ready-to-launch software starts from ₹15,000 (about US$160) and custom builds from ₹35,000 (about US$370). Our team works from Mohali and Bengaluru, India, and serves Nigerian clients remotely.

Based in Mohali, Punjab (Sector 127) and Bengaluru. No office in Nigeria. Prices are in Indian rupees; US dollar figures are approximate conversions at ₹94.6 = US$1 (5 November 2026).

01 / Payouts: built around how Nigerian money actually moves

Pay distributors in naira, from your own payment account

Commission is only useful when it reaches the distributor’s bank account and your accounts team can explain every kobo. We set up the payout step on the transfer API of the payment provider you already use, under your merchant account and your KYC:

ProviderWhat its documentation says it supports for NigeriaWhat we build around it
PaystackTransfer recipients of type nuban (Nigerian bank accounts, NGN); a bulk transfer API for paying many recipients at once; one webhook notification per transferRecipient records created when a distributor adds bank details; commission runs sent as a batch; each transfer marked paid, failed or reversed from the webhook
FlutterwaveNGN payouts to bank accounts (listed as instant); mobile-money payouts are not listed for NigeriaSame batch, status and retry flow; a clear “bank account required” step for Nigerian distributors

What this means in the software:

01 — LEDGER

Ledger first, transfer second.

Earned commission is posted to the distributor’s naira wallet; the payout is a separate, approved step. A failed transfer returns to the wallet instead of disappearing.

02 — APPROVAL

Approval before money moves.

Your finance team reviews the run (totals, top earners, held accounts) and approves it before the batch goes to Paystack or Flutterwave.

03 — BANK DETAILS

Bank detail checks.

Where your provider offers an account-name lookup, the name is confirmed before the first payout, so a typo does not send commission to the wrong account.

04 — FEES

Fees stay visible.

Provider transfer fees are charged by the provider to your account; the software can record them per run so reports reconcile with your bank statement.

Provider features and limits change. We confirm current limits with your provider account during setup.

02 / Naira and reporting

Run the business in naira, report it clearly

  • Product prices, orders, wallet balances and commission runs are kept in naira (NGN).
  • Because the naira’s exchange rate moves, we do not hard-code dollar values into commission rules. If you also sell in another currency, multi-currency handling is scoped as part of a custom build.
  • Reports your accounts team will ask for: sales by product, commission by run, payouts by status, held and reversed amounts, and a full audit trail of who changed which rule and when.
04 / Language

English first, other languages where your team needs them

The member and admin panels are built in English. If your distributors work better in Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo, translated member-panel labels and messages can be scoped as part of a custom build. You supply or approve the translations; we wire them in.

05 / Plan types

Choose the compensation plan, then the software

Bring two or three worked examples from your plan (an order, a refund, a rank change). We test the software against them before launch.

Nigeria note: the ISA 2025 includes virtual and digital assets in its definition of “securities” (section 357), and the SEC registers digital asset operators. Check your structure with a Nigerian lawyer before a crypto launch.

07 / How we work with you from India

A Nigerian project, run online from Mohali and Bengaluru

Mohali · IST, UTC+5:3014:30

08 / FAQs

MLM software in Nigeria: your questions answered

Do you have an office in Nigeria?

No. Coded Idea’s offices are in Mohali (Sector 127, Punjab) and Bengaluru, India. We work with Nigerian clients online: video walkthroughs, screen-share demos, WhatsApp and email. Lagos is 4 hours 30 minutes behind India, so Nigerian mornings overlap with our afternoons.

How much does MLM software cost for a Nigerian business?

Ready-to-launch MLM software starts from ₹15,000 (about US$160) and custom builds from ₹35,000 (about US$370). Crypto MLM starts from ₹30,000 (about US$320), or ₹45,000 (about US$475) custom. Hybrid and enterprise work is quoted separately. Dollar figures are approximate, at ₹94.6 = US$1 on 5 November 2026. Payment-provider fees are charged by the provider; hosting is confirmed in your written quote.

Can the software pay distributors in naira through Paystack or Flutterwave?

Yes, we build the payout step on your own Paystack or Flutterwave merchant account. Paystack’s documentation lists Nigerian bank accounts (NUBAN) as transfer recipients and offers bulk transfers; Flutterwave lists instant NGN payouts to bank accounts. Commission goes to a naira wallet first, your team approves the run, and the batch is then sent.

Is MLM legal in Nigeria?

This is general information, not legal advice. Nigeria’s Investments and Securities Act 2025 makes operating a “prohibited scheme” an offence, with a fine of at least ₦20 million, 10 years’ imprisonment, or both. Its definition targets schemes that pay old members with new members’ money, or that rely on recruiting, especially where no genuine product is sold. Ask a Nigerian lawyer to review your plan before launch.

Can you build a crypto MLM plan for a Nigerian company?

We build crypto MLM software, from ₹30,000 or ₹45,000 custom. Under Nigeria’s Investments and Securities Act 2025, virtual and digital assets fall within the definition of securities, and the SEC registers digital asset operators. Confirm your structure with a Nigerian lawyer before launch.

What should I prepare before the first call?

Your compensation plan document, your product list and prices, how you want to pay distributors (Paystack, Flutterwave or bank transfer), and whether you are launching new or replacing existing software. If you are migrating, a sample export of members and wallet balances helps us scope the move. Please do not send real distributor bank details before a contract.
